It is divided into sections based on categories of disease. Each section has a few chapters of introduction that clearly lay the groundwork needed to understand specific diseases discussed in that section. The introductory chapters are followed by descriptions of individual diseases.
Dr. Robinson's personal anecdotes from his vast experience add much to his explanations and make the complicated world of medicine much easier to understand. He obviously has taken great care in his presentation and put much thought into writing this concise and well-organized textbook.
